At The FIRM’s Summer Conference, we explored how we worked with Birmingham Hippodrome to deliver a talent acquisition platform that truly reflects these values in their hiring experience and how they:

We explored the journey Birmingham Hippodrome took from an unreliable and, at times, impersonal application experience for candidates, to a truly engaging online experience using the Jobtrain ATS system. This now delivers self-service interview booking, text alerts and all elements of onboarding, including a new ‘Green Room’ facility to prepare new hires ahead of their first day.
More than that, the team completely redesigned their hiring process by engaging with key stakeholders and delivering an entirely new recruitment process. The applicant tracking system eliminated paper usage, vastly reduced approval times, increased applications, streamlined shortlisting and enhanced onboarding, whilst delivering convenience, transparency and addressing unconscious bias in selection.
