As an organisation, we've seen and completed many tenders for our recruitment software over our 20+ years in the market - and we've seen what happens when important questions are missed and not included when shortlisting providers.

Our tender template is borne from our years of experience of seeing and completing comprehensive (and not so comprehensive) tenders and RFIs documents. This template is a great place to start when you're considering going out to tender for an ATS platform - and it includes a wide range of factors that go beyond simple functionality.
