Improved Add a Job process including scheduling assistant
We've made it easier to add a new job, with an improved and much more logical process flow and to add the information you need to advertise. Your scheduling assistant allows you to automatically open and close jobs on your internal, external and agency sites at dates that suit you.
Improved search options throughout Jobtrain
We've made finding information in Jobtrain super simple. The search options throughout have been enhanced - from searching for candidates, jobs by division, assessment forms and enhanced searching within Calendar events (more details below).
We've added a new column to your list of application form templates for easier filtering and sorting.
Events calendar
We've made a number of small but significant enhancements to our calendar and events feature - including much improved search and sort facilities, easier viewing of your booked and vacant slots - and so much more.
Capture and report on reasons for rejections
Build your own tailored reasons for rejecting a candidate, to ensure your Hiring Managers are providing a valid reason for rejection. This data is all reportable via Advanced Insights (BI Report Builder).
